Why clients choose Gigarta.

  • Built around how your people work

We start with the people who will use the system: the forms they fill in, the calls they make, the places they work. That is how a Baladiya360 ticket came down to about seven taps on a phone.

    See Baladiya360
  • Records you can rely on

Each person sees only what their job needs, records cannot be quietly changed, and there is a full history of who did what. In Baladiya360, a ticket is never edited after it is issued and every action is logged.

  • Works where the network does not

Field apps that keep working offline and sync when the signal returns, so work does not stop on a rural road, in a port or in a basement.

  • AI that speaks your customers’ language

Screens and AI agents built for the language people actually use, including right-to-left Arabic, French and local dialects. CelioShip’s voice assistant answers in English, French and Arabic.

  • One team, from first workshop to launch

The people who plan your system design and build it, and can stay on to run and improve it after launch.

How a project runs.

The same four steps for a single app or an organisation-wide system.

  1. Step 1

    Understand

We look at how the work is done today, the people, the paperwork and the systems, and agree what success looks like.

  2. Step 2

    Design

You see screens and a written plan before development starts, while changes are still cheap.

  3. Step 3

    Build and test

We build in short stages and test with your team as we go, so there are no surprises at the end.

  4. Step 4

    Launch and improve

We put the system live, monitor it closely and keep improving it with you.

Questions clients ask

What does Gigarta do?

Gigarta Technologies designs, builds and runs software and AI systems: AI agents and chatbots, machine learning, dashboards and data systems, web and mobile applications, online stores, AI marketing and digital systems for public institutions. We also provide dedicated engineers who join your team.

Where is Gigarta based, and do you work with clients abroad?

Gigarta has offices in Lebanon and Kinshasa, DR Congo, and works with clients worldwide. Projects are run online with shared plans and regular demos, and our working hours overlap with Europe, the Gulf and Africa.

Can you build in Arabic, French and English?

Yes. We build multilingual systems, including right-to-left Arabic interfaces. Baladiya360 is Arabic-first, and CelioShip’s voice assistant answers in English, French and Arabic.

Can you work with the systems we already use?

Yes. Most projects connect to your existing databases, spreadsheets, accounting or ERP systems and outside services. We check each connection at the start of the project.

Do you only build new systems?

No. We can also modernise or extend an existing system, add AI features to it, or provide engineers who join your own team.

What happens after launch?

Maintenance, monitoring and further development are available after launch, agreed with you as part of the project.
